Meet the Team

Matthew Senn, MT-BC, NMT

CEO

Matthew is the CEO and founder of NeuroNotes Music Therapy Services. He received his education in music therapy at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. and has been certified in Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT). While completing his undergraduate program he was able to study at Spaulding Rehab Hospital in Cambridge, MA; utilizing NMT techniques while working with patients who had been diagnosed with TBI, ABI, Strokes, Parkinson's Disease, and other neurologic disorders. Matthew has also had the opportunity to work with individuals who have been affected by Alzheimer's disease, Cerebral Palsy, Development Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Early Intervention/Pediatric groups as well.

Johannah Wong, OT, Clinical Advisor

Johannah is the lead clinical advisor at NeuroNotes. She received her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Pacific University in 2013, focusing on neurologic disorders and treatment. She began working at Consonus Healthcare in 2013 and has been the lead OT and Assistant Rehab Director since 2016. While in her graduate program Johannah co-developed a clinical program called "Melodic Generations" which aimed to offer interdisciplinary education between Occupational Therapists and Music Therapists. The program outlines the benefits of music in a therapeutic process for rehabilitative gains for patients and lends itself as an example for co-treatment with an interdisciplinary team.

Rhonda Senn, Billing Specialist, Financial Advisor

Rhonda has over 25 years of experience working in the healthcare industry as a billing specialist. She began her career at Doctor's Professional Billing Service, where she became the office manager and lead billing specialist. After Doctor's Professional Billing Service, Rhonda worked at Eye Health Northwest and later at Providence Health and Services, again as a billing specialist where she has worked directly with insurance companies and patients regarding billing and payments processing. She retired at the beginning of 2018 and has left a legacy of care and excellence for the patients she worked with, as well as devotion for the companies for which she worked.   

Ernest Hamilton, D.C., Clinical Advisor

Dr. Hamilton brings a wealth of experience to the NeuroNotes team. He has been practicing chiropractic for 37 years. He graduated in 1980 from Western States University with a Doctorate of Chiropractic. For the last 15 years he has practiced as a sole practitioner at his private clinic in Sandy, Oregon. He has been trained in multiple chiropractic techniques, however his primary training is in Cox flexion/distraction technique, which he currently a certified practitioner. He received his post graduate certification training from Dr. Cox, a leading, and highly respected educator, researcher, lecturer and practitioner in the chiropractic profession. "After treating patients as a healthcare practitioner for 37 years I have come appreciate that the most important things I give to my patients is an ear that listens and a heart that truly cares. I am not saying that knowledge and skill are not necessary but they never replace compassion. I consider it an honor every time I am able to pass this wisdom down to the next generation of healthcare practitioners."
